An affordable personal training option available is Group Personal Training. All of our group exercise programs fall under the umbrella of SwampFox Training and are results oriented, guaranteed or your money back. The following classes are offered:
30 minute format that focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a great way to change your body. It addresses both muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Formats are varied based on hottest trends. Examples include Kettlebells, TRX, Tabata, AMRAP, Sled pushes, medicine balls, and Rope Slams. Every class is designed to challenge you.
Women on Weights
A weight training class for WOMEN only using body weight exercises and free weights to help increase strength and tone. Every woman needs their daily dose of IRON. Emphasis changes monthly based on needs of the group.
A strength class for MEN only utilizing heavier weight training to get the most gains in lean weight while becoming more fit. Meets 2 times/wk and additional training days are provided by trainer. Your program is designed based on your individual needs and goals. Nutritional Guidelines are provided also.
Work with a coach each time with a different workout to improve technique, speed and endurance in the water. Great compliment to your land based programs. Great compliment to your land based programs. This program is seasonal (May-Sept) based on outdoor pool.
