Crazy Early- Strength and Conditioning

Fundamental Strength Workout including bench press, deadlifts, squats, overhead shoulder presses, etc. Conditioning workout is incorporated at the beginning or end of each Strength workout.  30 minutes


Boot Camp- Tabata, Warrior, Partner

30 minute format that focuses on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a great way to change your body. It addresses both muscular endurance and cardiovascular fitness. Formats are varied based on hottest trends. Examples include Kettlebells, TRX, Tabata, AMRAP, Sled pushes, medicine balls, and Rope Slams. Every class is designed to challenge you. 30 minutes.


Women on Weights

A weight training class for WOMEN only using body weight exercises and free weights to help increase strength and tone. Every woman needs their daily dose of IRON. Emphasis changes monthly based on needs of the group. 45 minutes.


Boomer Fit

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for those born between 1946 and 1964. Stay Functionally Fit and beat those Gen- Xer’s and Millennial’s! 30 minutes.


Boot Camp Plus Strength and Conditioning

Strength gains are measured by improving 1 Rep Max on moves like squats, deadlifts, bench press, etc.Endurance improvement as measured in increased Reps or decreased time to complete a conditioning workout. 45 minutes.
